Abby and Bella both love to blow "spit bubbles" and I caught them competing, I guess, to see who could make more bubbles...and unfortunately...spit.

- You know that 1950's housewife that cooks everything from scratch while wearing her dress, apron, high heels, and pearls? In my perfect world, that would be me. Crazy as that sounds, I would embrace that privilege. I LOVE cooking for my family and cherish the time we spend together at the table. I would love to cook 3 meals a day from scratch, but alas, I work full-time, in addition to being a wife and mother to 4-year old triplets. Healthy eating has always been something that I want to instill in my family. There are so many health problems in this world that are caused from self-destruction by eating the wrong things – fake food, if you will. By creating this blog, I hope to share with you recipes that I have made firsthand – and have been family approved! I don’t have a lot of extra time, so I have been seeking out recipes that don’t take up a lot of my time, yet that are still healthy and delicious. Most recipes I have ended up tweaking a bit by adding something extra, or substituting a healthier version of an ingredient. Hopefully you will test these recipes out for yourself and your family and receive the same reactions that I have…and those are PRICELESS!
