Blowing Bubbles

Abby and Bella both love to blow "spit bubbles" and I caught them competing, I guess, to see who could make more bubbles...and unfortunately...spit.

Bella and Daddy

One day last week, Bella woke up before the others, so we brought her into bed with us. It's nice to have some one-on-one time with each of them. So Jon had her snuggled up next to him and all of a sudden, she turned to him and started playing with his bottom lip. It was hilarious! So of course, I had to get the camera and start taking pics. Here are some of them...

A look back

I thought I would also post some of my belly pics from my pregnancy. I was looking at them earlier (I do that sometimes) and found a few that really stuck out. Part of me misses my belly! Here is one at 22 weeks:

Here's one at 31 weeks:

Here's one at 34 weeks:

Here's one at 36 weeks (just a few days before I delivered):

OUCH!

Life so far...

Okay, so I thought about copying all my posts from Myspace onto here, but decided against it. This will be our journey from here on out. Most everyone has kept up with my Myspace blogs anyway. If you haven't, here's our story in a nutshell...

On February 25, 2008, Jon and I welcomed three little miracles into this world: Abby Gail, Bella Marie, and Chloe Mae. They were PERFECT! I carried them to 36 weeks 5 days, which is very rare with carrying triplets. Therefore, no NICU! Oh I thanked God so much that day! Abby weighed 4 lbs 9 oz, Bella weighed 4 lbs 9 oz, and Chloe weighed 4 lbs 11 oz.

Having triplets has been very interesting. It's amazing, but it's also very difficult to find things to accomodate triplets. For example...strollers. You can just go to any store and buy a stroller for a single baby, and heck, even for twins. But triplets? Nope. We had to order our stroller from the internet: http://www.tripledecker.com/.

Things are a bit easier nowadays. One of the things that was the hardest was feedings. It use
d to take them FOREVER to drink a bottle! So by the time you finished the third baby, it wasn't too long before it was time to eat again! Not only that, but at least one baby was always waiting to be fed. About a month and a half ago, the greatest thing happened! (See pic)

Finally!

Okay, I have FINALLY decided to hop on the blog wagon, so to speak. People always ask me if I have a blog created, to which I say that I post blogs on Myspace, but apparently that's not quite the same...

This is a neat idea so that family and friends can keep up with the girls and view updated pics at their own leisure. However, I do wish I would have started this from the time they were born. Heck, from the time I found out I was housing THREE!!! I suppose I could copy and paste some of my posts from before. I think I will do that...later. I've got some babies to tend to at the moment.
